It’s that time of the month again—First Friday! Take a moment to check in with yourself and reflect on the past month. Don’t have time? Tony Robbins says, “If you don’t have 10-20 minutes, you don’t have a life.” Just like the quote above, stop putting yourself second. You are a priority. You deserve your own attention.
